DEI: Inclusive Workplace

No matter your role in the workplace environment, developing awareness of the various dimensions of diversity, including race, gender, ethnicity, and generational differences, is an excellent place to begin one’s learning journey. This course goes beyond awareness to explore how participants can use knowledge of Cultural intelligence, Masculinities in the Workplace, and the ability to create Strategies for Workplace Inclusiveness, to create and maintain an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment.
