Service as a University Employee

The Senior Service Leadership Award honors Miami students who have demonstrated meritorious service in the areas of Campus Life, Community Service, Employee Service, and Intellectual and Cultural Leadership (descriptions below). Students awarded for their Service as a University Employee are recognized for: improvement in job performance; exceeding job expectations; displaying initiative, dedication, and service as a student employee.
